Why do you require a $25 prepayment on usage?
A small prepayment is needed to cover the cost of calls, because each system has a toll-free number, and we do not limit access to that number. Having you prepay the usage allows us to keep our cost to you as low as possible.

How much is it to get set up?
Your first and last month's rental is required on non prepaid plans, and first month only on prepaid plans. For example, a FaxFreedom without prepaid minutes would cost you $19.90 ($9.95*2) the first month and $9.95 plus call charges each month after that.  A FaxFreedom 250 would cost $23.70 each month.  In addition to this you are charged a one time $25 prepayment for usage on both prepaid and non prepaid plans.

Can I start with a non prepaid plan and upgrade to a prepaid plan at a later time?
Absolutely

Do you offer credit for customer referrals?
Yes. Our customers receive a one month credit on their monthly rental for every new customer they refer.
